Uninvited House Ghosts

Play as a ghost defending your home from the worst kind of threat imaginable: cohabitation.  Float around the house disturbing set pieces while avoiding being seen by your new human roommate.  The goal is to scare the human gradually to the point that he flees the house, but if he see you or gets too scared he will call in backup.  Can you keep your house safe from this intruder?
